I booked a tee time at a course for $148.00 (2 players) when I showed up the course had no record of my tee time, apologized and made me pay $95.00 for 2 players which was the correct cost after 3:00pm. I tired calling golf now but you can only use their chat feature which I tried but could not resolve the issue. I will never use them again.
Made a tee time reservation through the golf course web site and cancelled 1 day later. The golf course said the refund has to be issued by GolfNow. GolfNow does not offer an option to talk with a representative by phone. Also their recorded website states a CHAT service is available but it is NOT. What a scam!

Dont use, I put the wrong date into the system and then cancelled literally 2 seconds later and they would not refund or give credit.
Their service is complete garbage. Stay away, call directly to the golf course or use a different service. They are the absolute worst.
Hi, would have given zero if I could have. Used Golf Now for years, last booking, a $105 membership charge hit my card. I had no idea what it was, waited too long to call and since it was an accident, the actual reason I chose, they said sorry, that's our T&C and you agreed to that. Give the person who designed that sly little trick a raise or bonus as I am sure they have added much erroneous revenue to your P&L. Good job on deceptive, shady, and thieving practices. I will never use Golf Now again.
Customer service is lacking. Will not cancel reservations on the phone. Website leaves much to be desired. Mobile site was designed by group of school children in a crowded elevator. I would recommend trying another golfing service.
The GolfNow and TeeOff websites are poorly designed and loaded with errors and false offers, Great offers have a high incidence of "Checkout Errors". And if you contact Customer Service they can't help you and offer you coupons that are only valid Monday to Thursday after 12:00 PM. Then try and use those. Most Hot Deals end at 11:50 making them ineligible. This is my experience as a VIP member who books close to 100 rounds a year, so its not a once off issue. The site is good for seeing a bunch of courses in an area but even that is not great as distances are measured in straight lines and not via a driving app, so a course 20 miles away might really require 75 miles of driving.
I booked a Hot Deal in Puerto Vallarta at Marina Vallarta. My "taxes" were 15% of the green fee. I didnt think much of it until I noticed that the "taxes" for the more expensive green fees on the website were 1%!! Very creative/fraudulent way to do away with the "discount".
They have terrible support and double charge you for a single booking. Then no show one of them, getting a refund has been a nightmare and the sad fact is I PLAYED THE ROUND and PAID THE COURSE!
Golf Now has become a complete sham!!!!!

Having booked a round for 28th December i spoke to the course before driving there to see if the course was open only to be told it wasn't and to get in touch with golf now so that I could get a full refund only to make 5 phone calls to the customer services number with know answer and on the last time asking for a call back which helped I am still waiting for for that call,I have also sent 2 emails no response to anything 1 week later this company should be investigated for a type of fraud or something if your reading this do not use them because you to could lose out
They blow ZERO STARS. They take money and have no clue how the experience is for the customer so I say screw them
So I have a tee time for December 11th and it snows on December 9th. Course calls to say walking only on day of tee time. I have an 80 plus year old with me and the course is on the side of a mountain. When I called to cancel I was told I would be credited. Expecting a credit on my credit card and none. Found credit on the site that I have to use by March 10th here in NJ. Called to at least get an extension on the time and got the runaround. Calling the credit card company next to cancel. Never again!!
GolfNow charged both of my registered credit cards $99 with no explanation. I've been on the phone with them for two months and they can't give me an answer why and won't reverse the charges.
Hot deals in general are almost impossible to book. They show up on the site and when you get to the final stage of trying to make the reservation up pops an error message that indicates that time is not available and yet a charge starts to show up on your pre-authorized credit card charges. Calling in to GolfNow by phone allows them to call the courses to see if in fact those times that you were trying to book are available. Most of the time they are not available. The most frustrating thing I have ever seen and had to deal with. For a company that only does online business they are the worst. Any other online retailer would've been out of business by now. Their staff that takes and tries to help with your calls are terrific. Unfortunately the technical issues are an ongoing issue since from what I can tell is the purchase of teeoff.com. And I pay 199.00 a year to get this aggravated! Shame on me I guess... GOLFNOW are you listening?
